Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 80+ incoming calls per day via the toll-free Parts Hotline with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide timely and accurate parts information to dealerships, regional offices, ports, and PDC operations.
  • Resolve urgent backorder issues to prevent vehicle buybacks and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist dealerships with parts ordering, returns, catalog inquiries, and special orders.
  • Coordinate with PDCs to resolve mispackaged or damaged parts issues.
  • Track and monitor call volume, response times, and resolution metrics to meet performance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Handle 80+ calls and emails daily
  • Respond to inquiries within 45 minutes
  • Same-day resolution average : 1.2 days
  • Maintain customer satisfaction (CSI) above 97%
  • Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience :
  • 2-4 years in a call center or customer support role

  • Parts operations or wholesale distribution experience preferred
  • AS400 experience is a plus
  • Skills :
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Proficient with email, databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to solve practical problems and handle varied tasks with minimal standardization
