Key Responsibilities
- Handle 80+ incoming calls per day via the toll-free Parts Hotline with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide timely and accurate parts information to dealerships, regional offices, ports, and PDC operations.
- Resolve urgent backorder issues to prevent vehicle buybacks and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist dealerships with parts ordering, returns, catalog inquiries, and special orders.
- Coordinate with PDCs to resolve mispackaged or damaged parts issues.
- Track and monitor call volume, response times, and resolution metrics to meet performance standards.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications
2-4 years in a call center or customer support role
Strong customer service and communication skills
