Your Role
Deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision
Guide and support RBTs as collaborators
Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful
Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow

Are a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) licensed in Texas

Compensation
$70,000–$90,000
