Under limited supervision, create project level business architecture artifacts for specific projects.
Essential Functions
Works with the business, IT and other architects.
Aligns project level artifacts with the strategic initiatives and with the IT standard methodologies for development.
Facilitates the creation and evaluation of business processes, business capabilities, requirements and use cases to recommend project level direction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Working experience in larger projects that have value stream or organization-wide impact
Previous work in SAFe and Agile environments
Strong strategic thinking, abstract reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
Strong breadth and depth of cross-functional business knowledge and Systems knowledge
Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial applications is considered plus
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
General knowledge of hardware, software, and network.

Pay: Memphis, TN Range: $8,452.14/mo - $14,368.63/mo. Plano, TX Range: $8,896.99/mo - $15,124.88/mo. Moon Township, PA Range: $8,896.99/mo - $15,124.88/mo.
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, or Moon Township, PA. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
