Job description
- Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with extensive expertise in Snowflake to lead and architect data solutions within the DBTSnowflake technology family
- Drive the design, development, and optimization of data warehousing solutions leveraging Snowflake
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Snowflake with DBT for robust data transformation pipelines
- Provide technical leadership in implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills in Snowflake and related technologies
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Snowflake and data warehousing best practices
- Participate in strategic planning to align data solutions with business objectives Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies within Snowflake environments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Snowflake implementation projects ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to timelines
- Architect and optimize data models, schemas, and pipelines using Snowflake and DBT
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Snowflake and DBT development
