HR Service Delivery Specialist
Configure, maintain, and enhance HR Service Delivery modules in ServiceNow, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center/Portal, Lifecycle Events, HR Services, Document Management, and HR workflows.
Serve as the functional owner for the HRSD platform, including roadmap planning, release support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain user stories, functional requirements, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Troubleshoot HRSD issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system defects.
Conduct impact assessments, regression testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual effort.
Ensure system configurations comply with HR governance, data integrity, and security standards.
Partner with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to understand processes and guide solution design.
Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation to support HR process optimization.
Recommend improvements to enhance employee and HR user experience.
Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities in SAP SuccessFactors.
Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration and support.
Experience creating user stories, functional requirements, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Working knowledge of HR business processes, process mapping, and optimization techniques.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for HR stakeholders.
