Key Responsibilities

Input import and export authorizations into the Global Trade Management software system

Verify records, enter data accurately, and run reports

Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with import and export regulations

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in high-volume, accurate data entry

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle

Previous experience in a Global Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain department is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal guidance
