Basic Functions :

• Learn various aspects of the procurement function by working on the Strategic Sourcing team alongside Commodity Managers, Quality Engineers, and Materials Management team.
• Provide day-to-day support of existing team members as well as take ownership of specific projects designed to achieve supplier cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with other functions of the organization including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales to achieve objectives.
• Candidate will learn about the sourcing process at Gast and will be working face to face with our suppliers on pricing models, negotiations and providing sourcing recommendations.
• Taking a pro-active, skilled approach to project management is essential. A desire to work in manufacturing is a plus.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $41,400.00 - $62,200.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
