Job Description We are seeking a Brand Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brand and franchise management within entertainment, PowerPoint and Excel, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into brand strategy and support development of long-range property and go-to-market plans. Responsibilities: Support development of long-range property and franchise plans across consumer demographics, managing lifecycle considerations. Complete and maintain brand plans for client's franchises by verifying internal information and ensuring accuracy. Analyze insights and consumer trends and translate findings into practical brand strategies and activation recommendations. Develop pitch materials and presentations to support business needs, including sell-in with retail and licensing partners. Collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support go-to-market planning and execution. Leverage PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint or similar systems to organize, track, and share brand assets and plans. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, or licensing within the entertainment industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High organization with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multifunctional teams. Advanced PowerPoint skills for slide creation and storytelling. Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel. Self-starter, dependable, proactive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting go-to-market strategy development for entertainment properties. Background in social media or marketing within an enterprise entertainment organization.
