Apply data-driven methodologies and continuous improvement principles to identify opportunities for quality enhancement across manufacturing operations. Lead analytical support for root cause analysis related to quality incidents, deviations, or non-conformances. Develop, maintain, and improve systems for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key quality performance indicators. Conduct ongoing data trend analysis to proactively identify emerging risks or performance gaps. Ensure integrity, accuracy, and traceability of quality data, reports, and analytics tools. Support quality documentation activities, including data summaries, reports, and standard work instructions. Collaborate cross-functionally to support product specifications, customer inquiries, corrective actions, and audit readiness. Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Support internal audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections as needed. Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned.

A successful Quality Specialist should have: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline. Experience working within formal quality systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FSMA, GFSI, or comparable frameworks). Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools such as Excel, Minitab, or equivalent platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 2+ years of experience in a quality, compliance, or manufacturing environment. Preferred: Quality or auditing certifications (e.g., HACCP, PCQI, CQA, CQE). Experience supporting audits or regulatory inspections. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, or manufacturing performance software. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
