  • Identify and assess high-value applications aligned with hollow fiber capabilities
  • Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to match technologies with real-world needs
  • Plan and execute experiments; interpret results and evaluate performance
  • Conduct failure analysis and technical risk assessments to improve reliability
  • Support lab-scale testing, prototype development, and flow-system experimentation
  • Work across material processing, device testing, and application-driven development
  • Contribute to technical reports, presentations, white papers, and publications

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or a related field. PhD preferred
  • Background in one or more of the following:
    • Hollow fiber membranes or membrane modules
    • Filtration, separations, or membrane contactors
    • Bioprocessing or gas/liquid exchange systems
    • Electrochemical or advanced fluid-based systems
  • Proven track record in:
    • Experimental design and execution
    • Data analysis and performance evaluation
    • Failure analysis and risk assessment
  • Publications or demonstrated technical contributions preferred
  • Ability to connect material capabilities with practical applications and market needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-level perspective
  • Experience with laboratory testing, flow systems, prototypes, or device-level development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in interdisciplinary, fast-paced team environments

Why Join Us?

  • Work on mission-critical technologies with real-world impact
  • Collaborate with top-tier scientists and engineers
  • Shape the future of advanced materials and membrane systems
  • Engage in meaningful, application-driven innovation

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • A mission-driven culture where discovery and innovation are at the heart of everything
  • Close collaboration with scientists and leaders shaping breakthrough research
  • A chance to build something meaningful—your systems, your ideas, your leadership
  • Flexible environment, high ownership, and the ability to make an immediate impact
