Job Description :
Join our team in a full-time role based in Overland Park, KS.
As a key player, you will drive impactful analytics and machine learning initiatives across various departments.
Your expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and experimentation will guide leadership in making informed decisions.
Proficiency in general data analysis tools and techniques is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to transform analytical questions into testable plans and deliver clear recommendations.
Design and execute experiments, including defining treatment / control groups and implementing tracking systems.
Manage predictive modeling and forecasting projects to enhance business intelligence priorities.
Define and quantify business and model metrics to measure return on investment.
Conduct feature engineering and collaborate with data engineers for production implementation.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in applied data science and analytics.
2-5 years of experience in developing predictive models and delivering analyses to stakeholders.
Proficiency in general programming and data querying languages, as well as forecasting and testing methodologies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to document and convey assumptions clearly.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
