Payroll Analyst (Temporary Assignment Potential Full-Time Opportunity)

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our HR team on a temporary basis. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position depending on performance and business needs.
Position Overview
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, reporting, and HR administrative support to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process payroll accurately and on time
- Review and approve employee timesheets and make adjustments as needed
- Run payroll and HR reports using ADP
- Assist with audits and data collection for compliance and reporting
- Process payroll-related changes including new hires, terminations, transfers, and rate changes
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and paycheck issues
- Provide general HR administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications
- Associate s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of payroll or HR-related experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience with employee relations and payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
