Key Responsibilities

Evaluate existing third-party database architecture and design a modern Azure-based data environment

Plan, document, and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy

Lead and own migration activities across the data lifecycle with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications

6-7 years of database and data architecture experience

Direct Azure data architecture expertise (Microsoft stack only; not AWS)

Hands-on experience with Azure-to-Azure data migration projects

Strong understanding of healthcare data, including HIPAA compliance and complex healthcare data models

Proven ability to design, document, and deploy scalable database architectures
