Strengthens operational efficiency, audit readiness, and user adoption through dependable system performance, compliance oversight, and continuous process improvement.

  • Leadership: Serves as the subject matter expert for marine asset systems, setting standards and best practices for administration, data quality, and system performance. Leads collaboration across internal teams and external vendors while providing user training, guiding change adoption, and promoting continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and query development using scripts and SQL

  • Ability to maintain data integrity, support system performance, and troubleshoot database or system-related issues

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including management, developers, IT support teams, vendors, and global stakeholders, to resolve asset management and operational issues

  • Working knowledge of user access controls, workflow requirements, and system security standards

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity controls, compliance requirements, and SOX monitoring practices

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to provide technical support and user training to shipboard and shoreside teams
