ResponsibilitiesManage Interactions: Handle high volumes of inbound inquiries via [phone, email, and/or live chat] promptly and professionally.
Problem Solving: Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our [products/services] to answer questions and make relevant recommendations.
Policy Management: Process policies, changes, payments, and other requests accurately within our company database.
Customer Retention: Build sustainable relationships by going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
RequirementActive General Lines Property & Casualty License, or willing to obtain them (licensing assistance available)
Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing preferred.
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills along with professional phone etiquette.
