Job description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a collaborative software development team responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, developing modern solutions while also maintaining and enhancing existing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java-based API development, cloud technologies, database platforms, and modern web application development. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business partners.

Technical Skills
  • 6 years of software engineering experience developing enterprise-grade applications
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting RESTful APIs and web services
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or CockroachDB
  • Cloud development experience using AWS
  • Experience with front-end technologies including Angular, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience working with Kafka, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
  • Strong SQL skills, including query development and database troubleshooting
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Docker
  • Experience building and integrating cloud-based applications and services

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, test, and support scalable full-stack applications
    • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot
    • Build and enhance user-facing applications using Angular and related web technologies
    • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver solutions
    • Participate in system design discussions and technical planning activities
    • Develop high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code
    • Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and deployment processes
    • Support cloud-native and containerized application deployments
    • Share technical knowledge and best practices across the team
