About NetApp

NetApp is the intelligent data infrastructure company, turning a world of disruption into opportunity for every customer. No matter the data type, workload or environment, we help our customers identify and realize new business possibilities. And it all starts with our people.

If this sounds like something you want to be part of, NetApp is the place for you. You can help bring new ideas to life, approaching each challenge with fresh eyes. Of course, you won't be doing it alone. At NetApp, we're all about asking for help when we need it, collaborating with others, and partnering across the organization - and beyond.

Job Summary

As a Test Engineer for this position, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing testing of NetApp products throughout their lifecycle—from new product introduction (NPI) through to ongoing manufacturing support. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of test processes that achieve optimal product quality and test coverage. Working with OEM and EMS partner engineers, you will help address issues efficiently and support timely delivery standards for high-quality products. Core responsibilities include contributing to manufacturing test strategies, working with engineering teams, supporting requirements validation for test automation, participating in equipment selection, conducting manufacturing verification tests, documenting procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing yields, contributing to test coverage efforts, delivering feedback, supporting product transfers and setups, and assisting with test equipment utilization and maintenance.
