Performance Bonus Program 401(k) with Profit Sharing and Company Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability Generous PTO, Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays Birth Recovery and Parental Leave Student Loan Repayment Program Wellness Reimbursement and Employee Assistance Program Professional Development Support Primarily in-person role with hybrid/remote capabilities Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Develop a thorough understanding of each project, often knowing it better than the client Serve as backup support to the Project Administrator Track project quantities and understand how they connect to revenue Collect, organize, and maintain all project documentation in the appropriate software platforms Communicate project changes to the project team and contract manager as they arise Assist with RFIs including logging, tracking, and relaying information to internal team members Help write subcontracts as needed and produce purchase orders Itemize and code invoices from vendors and subcontractors Acquire and submit shop drawings and verify alignment with contract documents Coordinate submittals with materials suppliers, log documentation, and track progress Track, price, and submit extra work items Create and maintain project schedules Prepare and submit closeout documents and As-Builts Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings Communicate daily with jobsite leadership and coordinate across departments as needed Assist with estimating additional work Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines with a high level of organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 2 to 4 years of experience in the construction industry (or a completed internship with the company) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record that satisfies company insurance requirements and reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (company is a BWC Drug-Free Workplace and tests for marijuana) Interested in hearing more?
