We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support solutions across our ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on role delivering new features through Agile stories and resolving production incidents, with a strong emphasis on integrations and both core and specialized modules.
This position supports our enterprise ServiceNow platform and the processes and modules built on it. Our current footprint includes Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Now Assist, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) AIOps, and we continue to add modules over time. The team also builds and maintains integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems and supports specialized capabilities such as BLSP for our public-facing portal. Work is delivered through both Agile user stories and production incidents, and is managed in Azure DevOps.
TECHNOLOGY STACK: Core Modules: CSM, ITSM, SPM, Now Assist, ITOM AIOps Scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer Integrations: REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, scripted APIs, MID Servers Specialized: BLSP (public-facing portal) Delivery/PM: Azure DevOps (Agile stories & incidents)
