Position's Contributions to Work Group:
-Design learning assets across different modalities (eLearning, job aids, videos) collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders. Work with GDL (Global Dealer Learning) on course review and publishing into DPC. Managed and posted content in Dealer page.
Reason/motivation for request:
- Backfill
Typical task breakdown:
- Use 360 articulate/RISE platform to develop Dealer personnel learning modules on rental and used topics.
Interaction with team:
- Validate & get direction or feedback on learning content with Rental SMEs.
- Work with DPC (Dealer Performance Center) to ensure content adheres to their guidelines.
Team Structure:
- Work with Learning Consultant & SMEs

Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in graphic design and related degree. Open to associates
