Title : Pega Developer

Job Description :

  • 12+ years of experience in IT application solution design, and development
  • Expertise in commercial insurance Underwriting Systems supporting policy life cycle from intake to issuance.
  • Expertise in implementing large scale enterprise application using PEGA products or custom-made development.
  • Expertise in development of high performant and secure APIs
  • Good understanding of commercial insurance industry trends and tools available in market to improve Underwriting System efficiency.
  • Experience with enterprise application integration methodologies - queue based, API based, and file-based integrations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Expertise in development using Pega UX frameworks (Theme Cosmos)
  • Experience / knowledge in Pega Constellation

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the solution design and development of enterprise applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed design documents, including class structures, data models, and process flows.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
