We're small on ego and big on grins. You'll see us involved in community events and "Did you make someone smile today?" on our To-Do lists. Our employees have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while working in an environment full of challenge, collaboration, flexibility, and industry-leading growth potential. Join our team committed to better oral health for all Idahoans.

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects across different departments. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members, including leveraging AI tools to optimize intake, planning, execution, and reporting. Additionally, the Project Coordinator may be assigned to manage or support department-level projects independently. The role also includes supporting other department activities as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Use approved AI tools to streamline project intake and early-stage planning by drafting clear problem statements, objectives, scope boundaries, success measures, and initial assumptions to support PMO approval committee readiness.
  • Plan and facilitate the PMO approval committee and track projects approved by the committee for the PMO project roadmap.
  • Work closely with functional areas to ensure their department roadmaps are integrated with the PMO project roadmap as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Use AI to automate and enhance status reporting by consolidating updates (e.g., from Microsoft Planner and project artifacts), surfacing blockers, and generating concise reporting for stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project management tools and templates.
  • Scope, plan, and manage department-level projects as assigned.
  • Plan and facilitate cross-department operational meetings.
  • Assist in completion of compliance tasks and audits.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, values, code of ethics, and compliance/security standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, project management fundamentals and methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools to support day-to-day project work (drafting communications, summarizing updates, organizing project artifacts) while validating accuracy and applying appropriate human review.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision
  • 401K with up to 6% company contribution
