Marshall’s Specialty Services is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative Coordinator (CSR Coordinator) to join our expanding and dynamic team!  We're a well-respected HVAC company serving Lane County, OR, since 1948.  We care about our customers, employees, and the quality of work.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

You will be answering phones, scheduling, and providing administrative support to all departments within the company.

The ideal candidate will have top-notch customer service skills, computer skills, exceptional time and process management skills, be self-driven, adaptable, and a problem solver.

We will provide training on each new task you are introduced to, so you won't be placed in a "sink or swim" situation.

Job Title :

  • CSR Coordinator Location : Springfield, Oregon Pay Range : $20 - $24 DOE  This is a non-exempt full-time position Work Hours : The work hours are 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday -  Friday.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Qualifications :

  • Must pass drug and background screens High School Diploma or GED Preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well organized, ability to work independently and collaborate with team members Excellent phone etiquette Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Advanced customer service skills Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products preferred Experience with CRM (customer relationship manager) software preferred Timely in all work and attendance 1+ year experience managing a multi-line phone system preferred Previous customer service experience preferred 40+ WPM High level of organizational skills High-level attention to detail Duties Answer phones, texts and emails in a professional manner, and transfer calls to the correct department or employee.
  • Leads and Service Calls and Scheduling Cover front desk duties during the Receptionist’s lunch break Departmental reminder calls Registering Installed Equipment  Purchasing and Processing Extended Labor Warranties Scheduling Monitor the Dispatch Boards throughout the day Assist customers in person, via email, chat, or phone call  Process over-the-counter filter sales and identify filter type, acquire filter, create an invoice, and take payment Assist all departments as needed for filing, data entry, notices, etc.  Following Marshall’s customer service protocols and processes Reminder calls Other duties as assigned Benefits :
