About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to support our Urban Development Practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. This role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to guide business development, project delivery, and client relationships. The position will lead teams, engage directly with clients, and manage complex civil engineering projects.
Duties
- Prepare preliminary engineering reports
- Research jurisdictional requirements for design and construction documents
- Prepare proposals, contracts, work plans, and project schedules
- Develop design and construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Prepare GIS exhibits in ArcGIS
- Conduct site visits and document findings
- Direct staff with varied experience levels
- Lead client management and marketing efforts for future work
- Prepare meeting minutes, project correspondence, and presentation materials
- Lead kickoff calls, design calls, forecasting, and cost estimates
- Oversee teams of engineers and drafters
