Job description

Build, support, and maintain automation frameworks for high-performance, scalable lottery systems, applying DevOps practices to keep critical infrastructure reliable and performant. Design and orchestrate automated workflows using flow-based automation tools (e.g., Micro Focus/OpenText Operations Orchestration) and Ansible to replace repetitive manual tasks. Analyze infrastructure health, identify automation gaps, and implement improvements through infrastructure-as-code. Bring cross-functional adaptability and a working knowledge of AI-assisted development tooling, comfortable shifting between projects and priorities as the business demands.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using flow automation and Operations Orchestration platforms to replace manual operational tasks

  • Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code and configuration automation with Ansible across Linux and Windows environments

  • Orchestrate code deployments, configuration management, and runbook automation end to end

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support; investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis

  • Own monitoring, analytics, and proactive alerting to detect and prevent outages, automating remediation where possible

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks to improve reliability and release velocity

  • Write and maintain scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python) to extend automation flows and support system administration

  • Apply security best practices across infrastructure, automation, and access management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, manage project timelines, and consistently meet deadlines
