Business Development Representative

Shift: M-F

Hours: 8-5

With a blend of group therapy, clinical treatment, and unique surroundings, our beautiful healthcare centers provide a safe, serene, healing environment for adults and seniors with a variety of complex needs.

New Vista's Leora Treatment Centers work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction, equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers, and reconnect individuals with their support system and community. From scheduling an admission date to acquainting individuals with the campus and everything in between, patients are supported by our team of compassionate employees.

The Role Itself

  • Manages assigned accounts effectively and seeks new referral sources.
  • Coordinates admissions with facility departments, attending BD team and sub-committee meetings.
  • Develops business plans for assigned accounts, participating in community programs and marketing events.
  • Assists in maintaining the marketing budget and informs referral sources of program changes.
  • Consistently markets the facility for community awareness and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
  • Tracks and monitors individual performance in CRM.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field;
  • Relevant professional experience accepted.
  • Must be 21 yrs or older.

License:

  • Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with proof of insurance when using own auto.
