Description

DevOps Platform Development Engineer

BETSOL is looking for a DevOps Platform Development Engineer. This is a hands-on position requiring good technical foundations, ability to learn quickly, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

Working as part of a wider geographically dispersed development team
Design and implement, test, debug, and document design and testing, iteratively as part of an agile/scrum cycle
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Develop coding and design tasks to ensure software meets specified performance, scalability, and reliability requirements

Core Knowledge and Skill Requirements

1 - 3 years related experience and Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field
Proven industry experience (1+ years) in a Software Development role, experience with Python, Go, IPv6
Proficiency in Linux, VMware, and scripting
Knowledge of container technology (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Good problem-solving abilities
