What You’ll Do :
- Become a process expert for the FGR Coating and Mixing Teams, strongly contributing to your team to safely reach the departmental goals
- Be a root cause problem solver with / for the team
- Evaluate and optimize existing methods, processes, workflows, and equipment to find improvement prospects mainly in the areas of quality, uptime, and cost.
Includes time studies, trend building, correlations, histograms…
