Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAY What You'll Do : -Develop and implement manufacturing processes for assemblies, machining, equipment installation, and material handling-Design plant layouts and machine arrangements to maximize efficiency and productivity-Define operation sequences and procedures for tool fabrication and equipment usage-Monitor machinery and equipment performance, identifying issues and driving corrective actions-Integrate inspection, testing, and statistical process control methods into production plans.

What You'll Bring : -Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace or Materials Engineering-5+ years of experience with composite main-rotor blade system-3+ years of experience conducting Bond Cycle Certification for blade bonding tools.-3+ years of experience using SAP and Solumina-2+ years of experience with Bonding-2+ years of experience with Component Technical SpecificationsWhat Sets You Apart : -Proven track record in troubleshooting blade-level faults-Six Sigma Green Belt, AS9100 auditor, or similar quality‑system credentials.-Experience with the UH-60M system's main-rotor blade system.
