What You'll Do
As a Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing safe, efficient, and innovative structural systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations
- Design structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Prepare construction documents, drawings, and CAD models
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Respond to RFIs and provide construction phase engineering support
- Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and engineering standards
- Participate in client meetings and project coordination
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- EIT or PE license (or actively working toward licensure)
- Experience performing structural analysis and design
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
- Experience using CAD and structural design software
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Consulting engineering experience is a plus
- Construction knowledge is highly desirable
