Job Title: Frontend Engineer

Job Duties:
INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking experienced Frontend Engineer(s) to assist with developing the strategy of the next-generation AI LLM-powered sales application.
Job responsibilities and duties include:

• Assisting with the development of the strategy of next-generation AI LLM-powered sales applications from -+
• Developing applications that transform the sales experience for customers and salespeople.
• Provide deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces.
• Collaborate with many multi-functional groups at the worldwide and regional levels.
• Partner day-to-day with other engineers, users, and business leaders to plan, design, prototype, and ship world-class applications.
• Maintain expertise in the latest advancements in web technologies.
• Actively engage in all aspects of development, from ideation and experimentation to deployment.
• Delivering the best possible application experience with attention to detail, user experience, accessibility, and internationalization.

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other employees.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering (any field) or any related IT field of study, plus at least four () years of experience in the job offered
or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
. Frontend Development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SASS.
. React including demonstrated knowledge of the differences between useEffect and useLayoutEffect.
. Decision-making or management approaches for using useState, useReducer, useContext, and Redux.
. TypeScript, including demonstrated understanding of the differences between a type and an interface.
