  • Participate in project reviews, risk workshops, and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery practices.
  • Support change management activities by evaluating the potential impacts of project changes on risk profiles.
  • Coordinate with scheduling, cost, engineering, and construction teams to ensure risk considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Assist in developing standardized risk management tools, templates, and reporting methodologies across the program.
  • Escalate significant risks and issues to program leadership, providing recommendations for resolution and decision-making.
  • Promote a proactive risk management culture across project teams.

  • PMP, PMI-RMP, or other project or risk management certification.
  • Experience supporting large transportation or infrastructure programs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Experience using project controls and risk management software (Primavera P6 Risk Analysis, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Deltek Acumen Risk, Power BI, or similar tools).
