  • Collaborate with leadership to expand existing client accounts and pursue new markets, repeat work, and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, owners, subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to support successful project execution.
  • Research and interpret jurisdictional codes, agency standards, and manuals to establish design criteria and permitting pathways.
  • Lead and support permitting efforts, including agency coordination, responses to comments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct and/or oversee site visits to assess existing conditions, support construction administration, verify compliance, and resolve field issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices.
  • Champion sustainable and resilient civil engineering solutions that align with client goals and regional standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends, evolving regulations, and emerging technologies, and apply innovative approaches to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
