Arine is seeking a highly motivated and technically strong DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, and scale our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. This role will focus on AWS, CI / CD, and Infrastructure as Code, while also leveraging AI-driven tooling to improve reliability, security, and delivery speed. You will work closely with Engineering, QA, and Security teams to ensure fast, safe, and scalable software delivery.
Role & Responsibilities :
- CI / CD Engineering : Design, build, and maintain automated CI / CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to enable fast, secure, and reliable deployments.
- Cloud Infrastructure on AWS : Provision, manage, and optimize core AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM) to support scalable, highly available applications.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Implement and maintain IaC frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) to ensure infrastructure is version-controlled, repeatable, and auditable.
- AI-Enabled DevOps : Leverage AI and automation for log / metric anomaly detection, predictive alerting, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and intelligent CI / CD optimizations.
- Observability & Reliability : Build and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, etc.) to ensure platform stability and rapid issue detection.
- Security & Compliance : Implement DevSecOps best practices, including secrets management, IAM policies, vulnerability scanning, and automated compliance checks.
- Collaboration & Enablement : Partner with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases, infrastructure reliability, and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The base salary range for this position is : $120,000-$150,000 / year.
