Job Title: Devops Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $53/hour -$57/hourRole Overview
In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. You will review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel in Software Engineering is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in moderately complex Software Engineering initiatives.
- Review and analyze engineering challenges involving variable factors.
- Contribute to issue resolution and consult with team members to meet deliverables.
- Apply understanding of engineering policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client Software Engineering personnel.
- Support planning and execution of engineering tasks.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills:
- OpenShift Container Platform
- Terraform
- Kubernetes
- GitHub Actions
- Harness Deployment
- API experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating moderately complex engineering challenges.
- Ability to contribute to large-scale planning efforts.
- Strong understanding of engineering policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration experience with client engineering teams.
