Job Title : DevOps Engineer 3

Location : Austin, TX

Duration : 8 Months

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (onsite as required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer 3 to design, implement, and support cloud-native solutions on AWS . This role focuses on automating infrastructure, streamlining CI / CD pipelines, and enabling secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational excellence across modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud-native architectures using AWS services

Build, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and / or AWS CloudFormation

Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance

Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce DevOps best practices

Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve scalability

Support high-availability, fault-tolerant, and secure system designs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements (8+ years each) :

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS / EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and VPC

Proficiency with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and AWS CodePipeline

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and / or AWS CloudFormation

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK stack

Solid knowledge of Linux administration , scripting (Python, Bash), and version control systems (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with advanced observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Knowledge of performance tuning and high-availability architectures

Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven workflows
