As a Finance Senior Consultant within our Consulting team, you will partner with clients to deliver a range of services, including Vision / Vantagepoint system implementations, consultative training, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices to optimize system performance. You'll evaluate client needs, present tailored solutions, and oversee client and project management activities such as budget monitoring, billing, collections, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

This role needs a combination of expertise, leadership, mentoring skills, and business acumen to deliver value to our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting practice.

This is a remote position that can work from anywhere within the United States. We are committed to finding the right person for this role. What You'll Do At Sn :

• Embrace the Sn Way of becoming our client's most trusted advisor, creating client delight, and meeting service standards
• Provide trusted advisory services and deliver Vision / Vantagepoint implementations
• Maintain accurate project records, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively resolve client issues
• Develop client deliverables that present detailed findings and actionable recommendations
• Oversee project billing, collections, and ensure client satisfaction in line with Sn service standards
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagements, including cross-selling services
• Contribute to marketing collateral, user group meetings, and sales support
• Mentor and guide other consultants while ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery

Salary : The salary range for this position is an estimate of $135,000 - $150,000. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual's skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography.
