Position Responsibilities:

• Participating in technical pre-sales activities to understand client needs and provide insights for tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with clients to scope project requirements, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
• Developing comprehensive proposals, including estimations, to outline project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Effectively communicate product and platform requirements to internal teams and establish feedback loops.
• Leading and overseeing end-to-end client implementation processes, bridging the gap between proposal and actual implementation.
• Conducting thorough Inception/Discovery processes to identify key change triggers and project requirements.
• Collaborating with leadership to manage change management initiatives for seamless implementation.
• Ensuring product implementation aligns with defined scope and budget or adapts to identified changes.
• Driving customer success by creating and managing plans that meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Establishing repeatable processes and best practices for implementation.
• Taking ownership of defining and maintaining the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Defining stabilization and handover processes for successful project completion.
• Formalizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and preparing regular progress reports for clients.
• Providing valuable product feedback to the Product team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare data analytics implementations for healthcare providers (payer experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with healthcare data-driven point solutions is advantageous.
• Expertise in value-based care, clinical quality, and member/patient engagement strategies.
• Experience in client delivery for a professional services/consulting firm is preferred.

• Strong client-facing skills, able to lead implementations and interact effectively with clients.

• Strong management consulting skills, backed by hands-on experience with SQL and databases.
