Hiring Warehouse Workers In Carlsbad, CA
The Warehouse Worker accurately pulls kits and materials to support both assembly and machine shop operations while performing a variety of routine warehouse tasks.
- Read printed bills or lists of materials and accurately identify required parts and quantities.
- Pull parts and materials from designated storage locations to prepare complete kits for the assembly area.
- Pull parts and materials to prepare kits for the machine shop area.
- Verify that all items in each kit match the printed materials list and meet quantity requirements.
- Organize and stage completed kits in the correct locations for production teams.
- Perform picking, kitting, and pulling of materials in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Support basic inventory tasks such as locating stock, counting items, and reporting discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area in the warehouse and material storage spaces.
- Use stairs frequently to access the manufacturing and assembly area located on the second floor.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify material needs and resolve issues with missing or incorrect parts.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures while handling materials and moving through the facility.
- Proven experience with picking, kitting, and pulling materials in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate part selection, counts, and kit preparation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Ability to read and understand written information in English.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
