With decades of industry experience, the company is recognized for providing quality pre-owned equipment, technical expertise, and reliable solutions to meet the needs of processing facilities worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Document Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records while working from home. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage confidential information with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Enter data from paper and digital documents into company systems. Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Correct errors and update existing records as needed. Organize and maintain electronic files. Ensure confidential information is handled securely. Meet daily and weekly productivity goals. Communicate with team members regarding missing or incorrect information. Perform other administrative data entry tasks as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good typing speed (35+ WPM preferred). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
