Job Opportunity: E-Commerce Specialist
A client in Tualatin is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join their team. In this role, sales reports will be generated for the Ecommerce Account Manager from major online storefronts and similar platforms. With growth in the position, the opportunity may expand into advising and consulting clients on their online strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily maintenance and support of online retail marketplace accounts.
- Help coordinate advertising activity and monitor campaign performance across ecommerce platforms.
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional details as needed.
- Support product catalog updates and ensure listing information remains accurate.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports related to sales performance, inventory levels, and campaign results.
- Monitor account activity and help resolve routine operational issues when they arise.
- Work closely with internal team members to complete account-related projects and operational tasks.
- Assist with organizing digital assets such as product images, graphics, and related content used in advertising.
- Utilize various software platforms to help support reporting, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Provide general support on internal projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: - Experience working with online sales platforms or ecommerce account management systems preferred.
- Familiarity with online advertising or digital campaign management is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable working with reporting tools, dashboards, and digital platforms.
- Experience creating or maintaining reports using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail when working with data, product information, and reporting metrics.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, platforms, and software tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $27.00 / hr.
Duration: This is a temp-to-hire position.
