:Develop and execute category strategies for Tech Services and Professional Services aligned with business and operational goalsManage end-to-end category lifecycle, including spend analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimizationIdentify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and preferred supplier programs across sitesLead large sourcing events (RFP, RFQ, RFI) for professional services and tech services categoriesNegotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service levels (SLAs), and master service agreements (MSAs)Support building sourcing pipelines for the category in the region and helping regional buyers drive sourcing projects.Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and cost avoidance initiatives with services suppliersAct as a strategic business partner to Technology, Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, and HRTranslate business requirements into sourcing solutions that balance cost, quality, safety, and service continuityProvide market intelligence and benchmarking insights to internal stakeholdersDeliver and report annual cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation metricsLeverage should-cost models, rate benchmarking, and market analyticsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
