Key Responsibilities
Build the product vision and strategy for the global eCommerce business and define the product roadmap
Drive personalization and AI investments to enhance consumer experience and meet revenue goals
Lead the DTC product strategy for international expansion, including new market launches and localization
Required Qualifications
12+ years of eCommerce product management experience with a focus on global expansion
Experience in using personalization and experimentation to grow a direct-to-consumer or subscription business
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of managing and launching successful products
Product experience in personalization and AI domains is preferred
