We are an Italian market with grocery and hospitality services looking for a full-time Manager. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, polite, dedicated, and passionate person who cares about their work quality and likes interacting with customers.
This fast-paced, on-your-feet, fun job requires lots of personality and a great attitude to create fantastic customer service. We offer great hours, flexible schedules, a relaxed atmosphere, and a genuine family feel. Compensation will be based on experience.
Responsibilities include administrative duties such as preparing monthly work schedules, managing daily/weekly inventory needs, and some HR duties like implementing and conducting new employee training. Candidates will also work on the product side through the setup of merchandising and oversight of our various samples.
Tasks for which you will assume responsibility:
· Provide premier customer service, including greeting and responding to questions.
· Enthusiastically sample and sell products by providing customers with information needed to make product-related decisions.
· Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays.
· Increase sales in department.
· Conduct new employee training
· Maintain Glorioso’s high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
· Comply with all regulatory rules and regulations including safety, weights and measures, and food sanitation guidelines.
· Assisting in other duties, as assigned.
