Verifies fees, closing conditions, accuracy of calculations, checks for taxes due, payables, balances files, and coordinates final disbursement of funds in the form of checks and/or wires. Confirm wire instructions are correct and checks are remitted according to file specific instructions while maintaining compliance with the lenders instructions. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
