Job Title : Apprentice, Pool Industry
Job Focus
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance services while ensuring safety, water quality, and proper equipment operation.
Key Skills & Knowledge
Safety compliance and awareness
Basic understanding of water flow systems
Fundamental knowledge of water chemistry, including adjustments and balancing
Responsibilities
Perform basic pool cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and cleaning baskets
Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain proper balance and water quality
Inspect pool equipment to ensure proper function and operation
Identify, document, and report issues requiring repair or replacement
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance principles.
Familiarity with safety practices and ability to follow safety protocols.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 25–50 lbs, bending, and working outdoors.
Reliable transportation or ability to get to work consistently.
Good attention to detail and ability to document observations accurately.
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in pool operations.
