[job_card.job_description]Install and maintain wiring, panels, motors, and control systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, replacing faulty components as needed Program, troubleshoot, and maintain AC Motors, 480 V MCC, PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. Maintain accurate maintenance records using SAP, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70B and 70E, OSHA, and industry standards. Follow all safety protocols and coach team members in safe electrical practices. High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience Industrial Maintenance experience Ability to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision Ability to problem solve and help with practical solutions English (required) Able to learn and apply Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Experience with high speed packaging lines and production equipment in food processing, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries TPM and SAP knowledge Install and maintain motors, motor control circuits, VFD drives, and 480v-power distribution. At least 2-4 years manufacturing experience as a hands-on Electrician or successful completion of an approved Apprenticeship Program.

Schedule :
Schedule flexibility required / Able to work any shift and able to work overtime / planned and unplanned scheduled outages.
Pay Rate :
The hourly range for this position is $25.96 / hr based on relevant experience plus shift differential. Benefits beginning 1st of the month following 60 days of employment include : Medical, Dental, Vision and Wellness Program.
