- Associate degree in Electronics, or a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using related electronic repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electronic systems down to the component level.
- Hands-on experience soldering and desoldering surface mount components.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with familiarity in Orcad design software considered a plus.
- An understanding of C programming or other related programming languages is preferred.
- Proficiency using electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Mechanical aptitude to support assembly, repair, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Familiarity with the movie or film industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair microprocessor-controlled motor control systems and various printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
- Perform testing and quality control inspections on electronic and electro-mechanical systems to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair customer equipment related to electronic and electrical system issues.
- Assemble cable harnesses and electrical assemblies according to specifications and production requirements.
- Design and build electronic test jigs to support manufacturing, quality control, and product development processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and manufacturing teams to support new product development initiatives.
