Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Gilbert, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do : -Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows for circuit card assemblies, electronics box assemblies, and ground support equipment for those assemblies.-Programming of SMT equipment (Screen Printers, Placement and Reflow ovens).-Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.-Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.-Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.-Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.-Understanding Engineering Drawings and translating them into work instructions for manufacturing technicians.-Design manufacturing fixtures for use by production technicians (SolidWorks CAD Software).-Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

Here's what you'll get :

Pay : $43.00-$50.00 / hr.

Hours : 40 hours / week - 1st shift.

Length : Temp (6 months).

Required Skills / Qualifications : -Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.-Minimum of 3 years of experience with CAD software and manufacturing tools.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process design, and quality systems.-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
