Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Pay: $21.00/hr
Location: Centennial, CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:30p
Position type: Contract

A precision manufacturing company in Centennial, Colorado is now hiring a Quality Control Inspector I to support production quality, inspection, reporting, and corrective action activities. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys detailed inspection work, understands the importance of accuracy, and can communicate effectively with production and quality teams.

Job Highlights:

  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to understand quality expectations
  • Inspect in-process production using visual checks and measurement testing
  • Approve finished products by confirming specifications and quality standards
  • Identify nonconforming product and return items for rework when needed
  • Confirm rework has been completed correctly
  • Document inspection results through reports, logs, and database entries
  • Track rework, waste, and supplier quality information
  • Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Manager
  • Assist with root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action activities

What We Look For:

  • Previous quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and product specifications
  • Experience using measurement tools and performing visual inspections
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with a sense of urgency
  • Plastic injection molding or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
